This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Product Customizer collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you install and use our Shopify app Easy Product Customizer on your Shopify store.

By installing or using the App, you (the merchant) consent to the practices described in this policy.

When you install our App, you grant us permission to access certain data from your Shopify store through Shopify’s API. The types of data we access include:

Order Information: Including order ID, product details, quantities, prices, and order status.

Customized Product Information: Product Name, SKU quantity.

All data access is scoped strictly to the permissions you approve during installation, in accordance with Shopify’s OAuth process.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we access solely to provide, maintain, and improve the functionality of our App. Specifically:

To synchronize order between your store and easy product customizer app, use for the manufacture and production sheet.

To synchronize inventory levels between your store and easy product customizer app.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We also do not use your store’s data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data may be stored securely on servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

Access to your data is limited to authorized personnel and systems necessary for the operation of the App.

With Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors AWS who help us operate the App. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only as instructed.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction (with continued privacy protections).

We do not share your store data with other merchants or for marketing purposes.

Depending on your location (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about your customers or store.

Withdraw consent (by uninstalling the App).

Request a copy of the data we process.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
